Details of your 5 Year Guarantee

 

We are so confident about the quality of the products we manufacture and the components we source that we are able to offer a 5 year guarantee on   our  Silver  and  Gold  Ranges

 

Our guarantee covers the frame, action, and all electrical components including motor, control box, transformer, handset supply leads and plug (excludes accidental damage or misuse).*

 

All parts not included carry a full 12 month warranty against faulty workmanship.

 

*Excludes Bariatric Chairs.  

 

We reserve the right to, at our discretion, repair or replace any parts subject to the following conditions:

 

• Product remains with the original purchaser and is not to be resold. The guarantee is not transferrable.

• Product has been used in accordance with the operating instructions supplied with it, and has not been misused or abused.

• Product has not been modified or repaired, nor shows evidence of an attempted modification or repair not authorised by the retailer.

• The guarantee period is effective from the date of manufacture of the product.

• Product repairs carried our off site during first 12 months, thereafter product must be returned to manufacturer

• A charge may apply if the product is not at fault.
